Resort Properties recognises that the most valuable asset of any organisation is its employees and places great emphasis on the importance of training, support, management and development.
Training
All new sales personnel are given one week of dedicated, specialist training from one of our sales experts. This program will cover product and company knowledge as well as all aspects of the sales technique and personal management. Further to this initial introduction is an ongoing system of mentoring, guidance, instruction and support delivered by the sales management and mentoring team.
Individual Support
Once undergoing a week of training the new recruit will join a sales team and be taken under the guidance of an experienced mentor. This is an important part of the support we offer our new sales staff to enable them to settle into their work and become key members as soon as possible. Many of our mentors are the most experienced and successful Timeshare Sales staff in Europe if not the world.
Management
The management take an active part in the development of the sales team and, whether a new recruit or experienced veteran, the learning continues. The Sales managers are there to ensure this process never stops and are always availiable to offer guidance and advice whenever it is needed.
Development
Because of the fast-moving environment and ever-changing business needs the personal development of Resort Properties staff never ends. From learning to use the latest state-of-the-art information technology to developing man-management skills the opportunity to stretch yourself will always be there for those who want it.
